I am the Founder and Clinical Director of Turning Point Psychological Services.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families in various settings.
I am a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario, a Founding Member of the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CACBT), a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy (ACT), a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) with a Certificate from the Behaviour Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and a member of the Association for Behavioural Science (ACBS).
My commitment to clients is to remain current and offer the most effective strategies and interventions possible. I am consistently involved in professional development activities and attend courses and workshops on a regular basis.
I provide psychological services, as well as ongoing supervision and consultations for clinicians (psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and cousellors).
My areas of interest include anxiety disorders (Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), phobias), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders, Illness Anxiety, depression, relationships issues, low self-esteem and parenting concerns.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, going on weekly hikes with my kids, practicing yoga, reading, and studying Ayurvedic Medicine.
In addition to English, I provide treatment in Russian and Hebrew languages.
