Ms. Prudovski provides clinical supervision and consultations for mental health professionals.

At our supervision sessions, we will discuss clinical issues arising in therapy, therapeutic content and process, countertransference, as well as therapeutic approaches and modalities.

Ms. Prudovski has a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and in the treatment of OCD and related disorders as well as anxiety disorders.

Additionally, as a Certified Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy (ACT) and a Founding Member of the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (CACBT), Ms. Prudovski provides specific training and supervision in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at introductory, intermediate and advanced levels. The consultations are suitable for clinicians with either basic or advanced CBT knowledge, as well as those who would like to learn CBT techniques and start implementing them in their practice.

In the course of the consultations, Ms. Prudovski can help you use CBT tools and techniques and develop case conceptualization for your clients. She can assist professionals with solid basic knowledge of CBT in learning about specific models for various anxiety disorders, acquiring a better understanding of the key cognitions involved in various disorders and developing idiosyncratic CBT models for their patients.

The supervision hours are eligible for Clinical Supervision Hours as defined by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
