All personal transformation begins with our willingness to commit to ourselves. As a therapist and mindfulness coach, I believe that taking that first step can be the most defining moment of our life - one that puts us on the path of self understanding, acceptance, and ultimately, fulfillment. 

In my training as a counsellor, life coach, and a yoga teacher, I have come to deeply respect the integrative nature of well-being, and work with my clients to facilitate the kind of change that can be felt in mind, body, and spirit. I believe that by creating shifts in awareness and choice around our cognitive and emotional patterns, we can access our innate resilience and enjoy a life by design. 

My therapeutic approaches include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transpersonal / Psycho-dynamic, Emotionally Focused, and Gestalt Therapy. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, conducive to deep inner work and exploration. 

I work with clients that are experiencing:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Loss and Grief
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Anger management problems
  • Life transitions

I offer services in English and Russian and currently practice out of downtown Toronto.

I also provide online therapy. There are many reasons one may choose online therapy such as busy schedules, great distances, or mobility issues.  Web sessions can offer the support and tools that you would expect from a therapeutic relationship, but from the comfort of your own home. 

I am happy to offer this option, and use a secure and safe platform in order to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.
