Hallie Farrow, M.C., C. Psych. Assoc. (Supervised Practice)
Ms. Farrow is a Registered Psychotherapist who has been practicing since 2009 and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, and a Mater’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary.
Ms. Farrow provides psychotherapy for adolescents and adults who are seeking guidance in the process of healing, coping, growth, and self-discovery.
She incorporates an empathetic, non-judgmental approach while empowering the client to work towards his or her goals in order to improve their quality of life. The therapeutic models that Hallie works with include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Client issues that Hallie works with include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, grief/bereavement, stress management and life transitions.
Hallie’s approach to therapy is a collaborative working relationship where the client is an active participant. She is guided by an eclectic approach as each client is unique in his or her experiences, personality, situation, and client cultural identity.
Consequently, she believes that the therapeutic model, process and intervention needs to be tailored to be a good fit for each individual client.
