My holistic approach to therapy is an integrative one that allows me to draw on various psychotherapy models to provide a suitable and uniquely tailored approach. I go beyond talk therapy to address the root of the issue, rather than focusing on managing the symptoms.
Through the combination of interpersonal, somatic, cognitive behavioural (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy, I am able to help youth and adults reduce anxiety, transition through difficult life stages, find purpose, process grief, re-build esteem and confidence as well as heal old emotional wounds.
I am passionate about empowering my clients to create the life they want to live. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals in a safe, nonjudgmental and compassionate environment. My strengths lie in being able to provide valuable insights, tools and asking difficult yet thoughtful questions – all driven by compassion, intuition, empathy and curiosity.
I enjoy working with individuals as well as couples. My areas of focus include anxiety, grief, stress management, work-life balance, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues and career counselling.
